This Fall choose from two great options that cover nearly every child and schedule:
Preschool - Perfect for the pint-sized pupil, these 45-minute classes are designed with little people in mind. Each class begins with a warm-up emphasizing social skills, self-esteem, body positions, and gymnastics terminology. Warm-up time uses fun props such as ribbons, scarves, parachute, balloons and great music. Students develop emerging skills with each new, themed session. Some themes include balloons, parachutes, numbers, colors, animals, and many more!
Red Level Recreational Gymnastics (for beginners) - A great offering for those just starting to explore movement, this class is an introductory class for students with little or no gymnastics experience. In this 55-minute class, students will learn basic gymnastics skills like rolls, bridges, cartwheels and more. Students will work on increasing flexibility, strength, body control, coordination and confidence.
