Lil Heroes is a martial arts class geared toward ages 2-4 year olds and a parent. This class will be offered in 8 week sessions and will incorporate many balance, coordination, focus and awareness activities including yoga. Classes are scheduled for Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 10:30am. Our building offers free and convenient parking. New session starts September 3rd.
