For vinyl and aluminum siding only. (City Clean will spot clean small areas of brick if one side of the home is brick and the other sides are siding.)
Deal includes houses up to 2500 square feet. Area in excess of 2500 square feet will be charged 15 cents per square foot.
Note: black streaking on gutters will be improved from pressure washing but may not be removed completely. (They can hand scrub the gutters for an additional charge.)
